Delgra (PF)

The formulation, with an extremely high percentage of mineral filler, makes DELGRA extremely stable in terms of dimensions.

DELGRA’s main application is in precision gas meters and fuel meters. The “heart” of these instruments is made of parts in thermosetting material based on phenolic resin (PF), with a high mineral filler content and a self-lubricating effect. The dimensions of these parts must not change over time, either because of temperature swings or through continuous contact with the gaseous or liquid hydrocarbons they are designed to measure. The impurities carried by the gas (water, sulphur, soil) must in no way damage the meter.

Parts moulded in DELGRA have been operating for several decades in gas meters of every size, all over the world: from Siberia to Iran, from Germany to Argentina, from Italy to Slovakia, from China to Brazil. In all environmental conditions, what matters is a meter with a DELGRA heart.
